Setting up your Outlook

You have created your e-mail account of your custom domain in DirectAdmin. Instead of using webmail link to read e-mails, you can connect your e-mail account to Outlook.
Follow the steps below.

Sofware Requirement: Outlook 365


1. Click "File" on the menu bar > "Add Account"

2. Enter the e-mail address and select "set up manually". Click "Connect"



3. Wait for a few seconds, until below appears. Select "IMAP"



4. Fill in the following information:

(a) Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com

(b) Port: 143 (default)

(c) Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com

(d) Port: 587

Leave the remaining as it is.


5. Enter the password when prompted.

6. Account should be added to Outlook successfully.
