Resetting the e-mail account password

You have created e-mail accounts of your domain in DirectAdmin for other users with an initial password.
The users will be able to reset their e-mail account password themselves with the following steps:

1. Go to https://www.<your-domain-name>.com:2222/CMD_CHANGE_EMAIL_PASSWORD

2. Click "Change E-mail Login Password" button.

3. Enter your e-mail address, old/initial password and the desired new password.

Note: It is known that the password change function in RoundCube / SquirrelMail will not work. Please use the function provided by DirectAdmin with the provided in Step (1).
